3Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions on lv18bet are offered under specific conditions. By claiming a bonus, the following rules apply automatically:

• Validity: Each bonus must be used within a specified time frame. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.

5Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals on lv18bet are simple and fast. Funds are typically delivered within 15 minutes to 24 hours after the request is verified. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Maximum withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000 per day. Higher limits apply for VIP Diamond members.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed on your account before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lv18bet and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Using automated bots or software to play games.

8Responsible Gaming

9Account Suspension & Closure

Lv18bet may suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• False information found during KYC verification.
• If fraudulent or suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• The user has submitted a request to close their own account.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting lv18bet support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed. Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Inactive Account Fee

An account will be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee of BDT 100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted monthly from inactive accounts.

10Dispute Resolution
